Summer Office Hours

 In order to conserve energy and taxpayer dollars, Cobb County Schools will adopt a 4-day summer schedule.  The school office will operate according to the following schedule:  Monday, June 1^st – Monday, June 15^th from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.  Due to summer vacation, the school office will be closed from Tuesday, June 16^th – Friday, July 10^th.  The office will reopen on Monday, July 13^th and until July 25^th and will follow the previous times listed and remain closed on Fridays.

8th Grade CRCT Summer School

CRCT Summer School will begin Tuesday, June 2^nd – Wednesday, June 25^th from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.  No classes will be held on Fridays.  On June 24 the reading retest will be given and on June 25th the math retest willl be given.  Bus schedules will be posted on the ECMS media center doors on Monday, June 1^st.  For additional information regarding CRCT Summer School, or to reach Michael Stokes, CRCT Summer School Administrator, please call 770-578-2740 x246 or 266.

New Student Registration

Thursday, July 30th 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

You will need to bring:

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Form 3032 or 3231, 2 MMR and 2 Varicella/Chicken Pox vaccinations are required
• Form 3300 - Dental/Hearing/vision Examination Certificate dated within 12 months of enrollment
• Social Security Card (a copy is fine) (or waiver)
• Final Report Card (during Summer) or Withdrawal Form (during the school year)
• Two Proofs of Residency
