Fundraiser Delivery this Wednesday!!!!!!!!!

The Music Department Fundraiser concludes this Wednesday, December 7th when everyone who participated needs to come to the ECMS Theater sometime between 5-7 p.m to pick up their merchandise.  Students will receive their prizes that night also, including students who sold over 10 items -- they will get to try their hand at the cash box for some fast cash!  All of the fundraiser items arrive frozen, so it is VERY important that everyone come to the theater this Wednesday.  Please plan to distribute your items within the following day or two.

We desperately need parent volunteers to help with distribution between 5-7 p.m., so if you are available anytime that afternoon/evening, we would love to have your help!!!  Parents are needed to check names on the fundraiser list, assist with the cash-box drawings, and possibly make phone calls to remind parents to come to the school and pick up their items.  Please let Krista Pezold know if you are able to help.  Thanks!

Fundraiser Order Forms & Money Due This Week!

All band students who are participating in the fundraiser need to turn in order forms and money by this Wednesday, November 9th.  Please see Ms. Pezold or Dr. Strauss in the band room before school in order to get paperwork & money envelopes taken care of properly.

Fundraiser Fun!!!!

All of the band students participated in our fundraiser kickoff day this past Wednesday, October 19th.  Each student received a packet of information and the procedure was discussed in detail.  Orders can be placed between now and November 9th, when all orders and money are due.  Additional order forms are available in the band room. 

Delivery day is Wednesday, December 7th -- the date printed on the information is incorrect (December 14th), so we asked all of the students to change it to December 7th.  Items can be picked up in the ECMS theater from 5-7 p.m.

The East Cobb Middle School Band fundraiser delivery is tomorrow, Wednesday, December 10th.  Please plan to come to the theater anytime between 5-7:30 p.m. to retrieve your items.  Thank you for your support of our program!!!

Band Fundraiser is Here!!!

The ECMS Bands started their Fall Fundraiser last week!

We are working with Southern Fundraising to sell cheesecake and cookie dough.  Profit from our fundraiser will help to purchase music, instruments, lockers, music stands, chairs, and help to repair school-owned instruments.  Every band student received brochures last week at a special presentation in the theater, so please look for those brochures in your child's backpack!  The orders and money need to be turned in by Wednesday, November 5th and delivery day is Wednesday, December 10th from 5-7:30 p.m. in the Theater. 

The policy for receiving funds is such that we can only accept cash or money orders.  We apologize if this is an inconvenience, but it is a policy that has been in place for years.  Thank you for your understanding.  Students will use the school money envelopes to turn in their money to the safe located next to the Media Center, but the order forms need to be turned in to either Ms. Pezold or Mrs. Holbrook.
