The $50.00 deposit for the 8th Grade Band Spring Trip is now past due (deadline was February 10th). About 14 students still need to turn in this payment. Instrumentation is critical for all performances, but especially when we are planning a performance such as this one -- out of state. Please have your child bring the money to school (if paying by check, please make payable to ECMS), put the payment in a school money envelope, and drop it in the safe next to the Media Center. If your child has decided not to participate, we need to know about it right away. We also welcome additional students if they have decided that they DO wish to participate after all.
The total cost of the trip is $140.00, so if a student has already turned in the $50.00 deposit, the remaining balance is $90.00. This final payment is due by Friday, March 23rd.
All parents who indicated that they wish to be a chaperone are invited to join us, and we need for you to turn in a payment of $48.00. We greatly appreciate your willingness to join us on this trip, although we regret that we are not able to take care of this payment for you.
