The 2011-2012 ECMS PTSA Proposed Budget is available through the link below and is also in the current school calendar. Please plan to attend the August 25th PTSA General Meeting at 6pm to vote in the budget so we can kick off another great school year! Back to School Night immediately follows.

TREASURER FORMS:
The ECMS PTSA has many steps and forms in place to keep track of all monies going through the ECMS PTSA. These procedures are in place to protect our membership's funds and to protect our Committee Chairs. Please make sure to use the correct forms when requesting or submitting funds. Complete and sign the forms accurately and attached any needed paperwork such as receipts. Place the completed paperwork in the Treasurer's PTSA mailbox. This will ensure prompt processing of the funds.
To receive reimbursement for an expense, please you must submit the receipts attached to aa reimbursement form.

To submit funds to the ECMS PTSA, please complete the received funds form. Contact the Treasurer to ensure secure handling of funds. Make sure to sign the form before submitting:
