The ECMS PTSA thanks all the students and parents who helped make this year’s gift wrap fundraiser a huge success. The JAXCO product line of Charleston Wraps and Kitchen Essentials is sure to please everyone. With this fundraiser and the straight donations from Jr. Wildcat Daze, the PTSA can help ECMS with ensuring student success throughout the year. Each year the PTSA purchases agendas for EVERY student in the school. This is our biggest expense but we hope the students find it a useful tool in keeping their school work, homework, and class events organized.
How are the funds used? Just check out the events in the PTSA calendar. For example, in October the PTSA sponsors many events for our students. Reflections is a national arts program which highlights our students’ creative talents with competition in music, art, writing, dance and much more. Red Ribbon Week teaches healthy habits and wise choices. We also celebrate our Bus Drivers during Red Ribbon Week.
This year, with the school budget so drastically cut, the PTSA is helping with celebrating Honor Roll, Perfect Attendance, and Student of the Month. We also help communicate our needs through various supply drives – clinic, school supplies, and holiday meals.
The support from the PTSA exists throughout the year. Your donations help us help the school.
