The Nominating Committee of East Cobb Middle School PTSA respectfully submits the following nominations for the 2011-2012 ECMS PTSA Executive Board:

ECMS PTSA GENERAL MEETING AND ELECTIONS
The PTSA will have a General Meeting and Election on Monday, March 28th at 8:30 am in the Media Center. The date has changed from the original March 30th which is the calendar. You will be voting on next year’s ECMS PTSA Executive Board so please join us. Please contact ecmschairs@live.com if you have an interest in becoming a PTSA Officer or chairperson.
At the general meeting in February 17, PTSA will elect a Nominating Committee to identify candidates for the Executive Board for 2011-2012. The Nominating Committee includes five members and two alternates who will work for approximately six weeks to secure and review applications for officer positions. Any current PTSA member is eligible to serve on the Nominating Committee.
If you are interested in serving on Nominating Committee or have questions about the committee or the election process, please contact Laura Simmons at laura.simmons@furman.edu or 770-509-1754. The names of all interested candidates will be presented to the membership for election on February 17th at 6:00 PM.
